丹妮丝·李·理查兹(英文:Denise Lee Richards)，1971年2月17日出生于伊利诺伊州达佩奇，美国女演员、前时尚模特儿。
1989年，从厄尔卡米诺高中毕业。成为演员之前，丹妮丝曾与一家模特儿公司签约，短暂的进行了模特儿工作。曾主演多部电影，包括《星河战队》、《玩尽杀绝》、《纵横天下》等，2002年与美国男演员查理辛结婚，2006年两人离婚 。

丹妮丝·理查兹(Denise Richards)于1971年2月17日生于美国伊利诺斯州的芝加哥，在家中的两姐妹中排行老大，父亲艾伍·理查兹曾经为一家电话公司工作过，母亲乔妮·理查兹拥有一家叫做"Jitters"的咖啡连锁店。她从小在芝加哥长大，直到15岁时随家移居加利福尼亚的欧欣赛德，并在当地的埃尔卡米诺中学读书。中学毕业后，丹妮丝移居洛杉矶，并开始从事模特工作。此后，她开始在电视剧和电影中出任角色，并因为在1997年的《星河战队》(Starship Troopers)中的出色表演而在演艺事业上取得重大突破。丹妮丝曾经于2002年被美国时尚杂志《Stuff》评为"世界上最性感的女人"之一，其排名为21。1997年以保罗·范霍文的科幻大片《星河战队》引起观众及业内人士的注意，次年又在惊悚悬疑片《野东西》中饰演富家女凯莉，其勾魂摄魄的表现再次令人有一亮。姣好的面容及魔鬼般的身材，使其成为新一集007《黑日危机》中邦德女郎的最终人选，从而打响了国际知名度。2002年6月与著名男星查理·西恩喜结良缘，于2005年3月离婚。
