2011年6月,南华大学认知与神经系统疾病研究所(简称南华大学神经科学研究所)在原生理学教研室的基础上成立,由胡弼教授任研究所学术委员会主任,唐小卿博士任研究所所长,田绍文博士任研究所副所长。

简介
早在2003年,南华大学医学院生理学科就开展了一系列认知神经科学和神经变性病的研究,经近10年的不断探索,已成为湖南省内一支重要的神经科学研究队伍,是中国生理学会理事单位以及湖南省生理科学会副理事长单位。在不断创新与开拓过程中,本所形成了认知障碍性疾病和神经变性疾病两个研究水平省内领先的科研主攻方向。
