兰中文,教授,博士生导师,电子材料专家。1963年5月出生,四川金堂人,1983年7月电子科技大学电子材料与元器件专业本科毕业,1986年3月电子科技大学电子材料与元器件专业研究生毕业,获工学硕士学位,2004年赴英国Cardiff大学访问进修。
现任电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学院教授、博导、院长助理、信息材料工程系副主任、中国电子学会套用磁学分会技术谘询委员会和金属软磁学术委员会委员、全国磁性元件与铁氧体材料标準化技术委员会委员、《磁性材料与器件》和《国际电子变压器》编委、四川省学术带头人后备人员。
先后为本科生、研究生讲授《磁性物理学》、《磁芯设计及套用》、《现代材料与元器件》、《磁性材料》、《铁磁学》、《微波材料及套用》等课程,编写了部统编重点教材《磁性材料》、《电子材料导论》。
近十年来,先后主持和参加了多项国家和部省级以及横向科研项目,主要从事氧化物磁性材料、磁性薄膜及磁性器件研究,在磁性材料设计与合成、磁损耗机理、新工艺探索、磁性器件设计与套用等方面开展了大量工作,获国家、部、省科技进步奖三项,发表论文30余篇,对促进我国氧化物磁性材料的发展作出了贡献。

人物简介
1963年5月出生,1986年3月电子科技大学电子材料与元器件专业研究生毕业后留校任教,2003年在澳大利亚、乌克兰进修和联合研究,2004年赴英国威尔斯大学访问进修。自1994年以来,其研究方向一直为氧化物磁性材料与器件,在“九五”至“十二五”期间先后主持或参与总装预研、型号、国家自然基金、教育部、省科技攻关以及横向项目多项,参加“934”工程,已通过部级鉴定(验收)8项。获国家科技进步二等奖(2005年)、国防技术发明二等奖(2010年)和三等奖(2012年)、国防科技进步二等奖(2003年)、四川省科技进步一等奖(2001年)、四川省科技进步二等奖(2010年)和三等奖(2012年)各1项。申请国家发明专利20余项,授权15项,许可实施10项。发表论文100余篇,SCI收录60余篇。参加重点统编教材《磁性材料》、《电子材料导论》的编着,系中国电子学会套用磁学分会委员,教育部高校实验室建设指导委员会委员,四川省学术技术带头人后备人员,《磁性材料与器件》等核心期刊编委。
