万迪昉教授，中国—加拿大联合培养管理学博士，曾在加拿大阿尔伯塔大学进行合作研究，在美国伯克利加州大学做过高级访问学者。现为西安交通大学管理学院组织与金融学教授，博士生导师，陕西省有突出贡献专家，享受国务院政府特殊津贴和陕西省三秦人才津贴。任西安交大管理学院现代管理研究所所长，管理学院学术委员会主任，工商管理国家重点学科带头人之一，兼西安市专家决策谘询委员会委员等职。
