万迪昉教授,中国—加拿大联合培养管理学博士,曾在加拿大阿尔伯塔大学进行合作研究,在美国伯克利加州大学做过高级访问学者。现为西安交通大学管理学院组织与金融学教授,博士生导师,陕西省有突出贡献专家,享受国务院政府特殊津贴和陕西省三秦人才津贴。任西安交大管理学院现代管理研究所所长,管理学院学术委员会主任,工商管理国家重点学科带头人之一,兼西安市专家决策谘询委员会委员等职。

中国―加拿大联合培养管理学博士,1995―1996年赴加拿大阿尔伯塔大学进行合作研究。2003年1月至5月在美国伯克利加州大学做高级访问学者。现为工商管理学科企业管理专业教授,博士生导师。担任西安交通大学管理学院组织与管理系主任,院学术、学位委员会委员,企业管理国家重点学科带头人之一。陕西省有突出贡献专家,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,中国机械工程学会高级会员,广西柳州市政府科技顾问,西安工程科技大学客座教授。
